USAA had originally booked with another company. He waited over an hour before they called him and said it would be 2 more hours they were going to another call first then refused to answer the phone. . Luckily USAA rebooked with Brookes Towing Amanda coordinated a truck to rush from Summerville to Awendaw. She got my sone and his truck off the side of a dangerous and dark rural highway.
